The main level wood beamed master bedroom has a queen bed, full bath, and TV. The upstairs open loft has a full bed and a queen bed, a full bath and TV, and spectacular views of the mountains. The lower level has a fun, wide open, kid friendly living area, with 4 fun bunk beds, a pull-out sofa, a full bath, TV, and a covered deck with awesome mountain views.

If you love to hike, we have the trailhead to Rabun Bald, Georgia's 2nd highest peak, with views of 4 states from its observation tower, located a few hundred steps from our front door. The Bartram Trail, 2 spectacular 100 ft waterfalls, and miles and miles of well maintained gravel roads lead you through the scenic War Woman Wildlife Management Area, part of the Chattahoochee National Forest, located just down the street. Bring your licensed 4 wheel drives and your mountain bikes for spectacular more rugged drives.
