Location Location Location!: This condo is located in the HEART OF DOWNTOWN TORONTO!! The building offers 24 hour security and is minutes to many of Toronto's major attractions, fine restaurants and transportation. This is a sunny south facing unit, with floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the beautiful Toronto skyline. Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre are just around the corner. Massey Hall is across the road and Ed Mirvish Theatre is right next door. Billy Bishop Airport is only a 10 minute drive away. Zip cars are available in the parking garage of the condo/hotel complex.

Comfort and Luxury: The condo boasts hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom and a granite counter top in the kitchen. It will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. After a long day, sit on the leather sofa and enjoy the view of the city, or put your IPOD on the dock and listen to your favourite tunes. If you choose to stay in and make a meal, the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. The grocery stores are within walking distance, and St. Lawrence Market is not far for those fresh fruits and vegetables. Splash a bit of sauce on you shirt while you were cooking? No worries - the fabric spray and laundry detergent are with the washer and dryer for your use. The bedroom has a walk in closet , and there is further storeage space in the condo. We love to travel and we love Toronto!! When we travel we prefer to stay in rental by owner properties. It is always more comfortable than hotel rooms at more reasonable rates. We decided to purchase a condo in Toronto to offer the same experience to travellers in the city that we love.

This is the place to stay!! Located In the heart of Downtown Toronto, surrounded by fine restaurants, entertainment, shopping and theatres. The business district is within an easy walking distance and both Queen and Dundas subway stops are just minutes away. All that Toronto has to offer is within walking distance or a short taxi or metro ride away. Massey Hall, Dundas Square, City TV and St. Michaels Hospital are our neighbours. The Ed Mirvish Theatre is right next door. The Toronto Eaton Centre, a world class shopping destination famous for its' architecture, culture and urban atmosphere is right around the corner. This condo is located in a high rise hotel/condo building complex, where rooms in the hotel can be double the cost of staying in our suite. Stay in high style, with an unobstructed southern view of the city and lake and be in the best location to take in Toronto

  • Minimum 3 NIGHT STAY REQUIRED
    Minimum 5 NIGHT STAY REQUIRED JUNE 15 to SEPTEMBER 30 and Christmas season
    We respectfully decline to respond to inquiries of less than 3 nights
    $69 cleaning fee.
    At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older to rent this unit
    30 % of rental fee at time of booking. Booking will be confirmed once payment is received and contract has been signed and returned.
    $250 damage deposit and refunded after departure.
    Full payment due for last minute bookings.
    Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
    Underground parking available for only $15 per day
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

    60 days or more prior to arrival - full refund.
    *30-60 days prior to arrival - 50 % of deposit will be refunded
    *15-30 days prior to arrival - 50 % of rental fee will be refunded
    *No refunds within 15 days of arrival.

    *If another renter is found for the cancelled time, a full refund will be issued.

Had a great stay in the condo with our 10-month-old son.

The location was great: less than a five minute walk to the subway and to the Eaton Centre.
The condo itself was just as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with all the dishes we needed.

The owners responded quickly to all inquiries before our stay and checked in to make sure everything was okay after we arrived.

For others traveling with small children, we were able to tuck our son's travel crib into the walk-in closet in the bedroom, giving him a separate place to sleep.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

great toronto apartment

We had a brief but very pleasant stay in this apartment. The location cannot be better for Toronto's entertainment district. The apartment is new. Both living room and bedroom furniture was comfortable and in good taste. The apartment is bright and has plenty of natural light. The kitchen is reasonably well supplied for a vacation apartment (we made some meals at home - we like the option of not having to eat out every meal when we travel; we found a supermarket 2 blocks away from the building). The apartment was impeccably clean and organized for our arrival. We did use the parking, which was large enough for our SUV. The owner's communication prior to and after the booking was prompt, friendly, and accommodating (we got help on some special requests as we traveled with a 1yo baby). Our security deposit was refunded on the day we left. Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about this rental.
Owner's Response: We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay at our condo. The hallway renovation that has just been completed certainly makes our 9 year old building look new again!

Ideal Condo

Perfect for my needs, this clean, well appointed and maintained condo in the centre of Toronto had a great layout and the amenities promised in the advertisement. Getting to locations such as the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Royal Ontario Museum, the financial district, shopping districts like Yorkville, Yonge-Dundas-Queen Streets which includes Eaton Centre, theatres, and a wide variety of restaurants is easy either by walking or subway.

Leo & Sharon provided excellent and considerate service. I would stay at the condo again and recommend it to anyone.

Best location in Toronto

Where do we start, from the moment we entered Leo and Sharons condo in Downtown Tornto we couldn't have received a warmer welcome.Leo and Sharon had left us a welcome card with a lovely note attached and chocolates with a festive flavour to them.The condo was gorgeous,we have stayed at several hotels in Toronto over the years and this by far surpasses the hotels we have stayed at.We went to theEd Mirvish theatre for a show and the theatre is literally next door to Leo and Sharons condo building.After a couple of days arriving in Toronto Leo called to ask if everything was o.k and to see if he could accomodate us in anyway,this was a very nice touch, I phoned Leo towards the end of my holiday and asked if we could check out from the condo a little later than the 12.00 oclock check out as we had a later flight ,This was not a problem we checked out at 14.30 pm,Touches like this by the owners made our holiday so much easier.
The views of the city are amazing at day and night,
The condo itself has the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.
We will definately be staying in Leo and Sharons condo again and we would 100% recommend this condo to friends and all..

Loved this home away from home. It is exactly as pictured, owner is great to deal with and makes sure that you are happy with your stay. Great location. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Loved that it was very secure and felt like a local.
