The 7,000 plus square foot home is located right on the banks of Gore Creek and features large gourmet kitchen -kitchen dining area seats 8 people, beautiful dining room, seats 16 - 18 people, elegant living room with wood burning fire place, library with wood burning fire place and huge flat screen TV, pool room and media room; 3 bedrooms with king size bed (gas burning fire place in master), 1 bedroom with queen bed, nice studio with small kitchen and 1 bedroom with 1 full size bed and 1 twin bed and 1 bedroom with 1 full size bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds - which can be converted to king beds, 16 spa robes included.

Private chef available for home cooked dinners or breakfast. Daily cleaning service available on request - cleaning costs not included in room rate.

Eight person hot tub was installed last summer.

The home also features a large ski room with ski boot heaters.

If you have to rent skis, Charter Sports Ski Shop at the chair lift is there for all your needs and to valet skis as well. You also can store your skis and boots at a locker right next to the chair lift at no cost.

Avoid long lift lines, chair #20 is only a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Chair #20 connects to chair #26 - which ends up at Eagles Nest.

Incredible house, great for groups, great location

I rented this house for a group of 8 people for a work event. There were no significant others on the trip, so everyone having their own bed/bedroom was a requirement. The house is wonderful! The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice. There is a lot of common area to spread out in (multiple living rooms, dens, parlors, sitting rooms etc) and it's all very comfortable. You can curl up and read a book, watch tv or a movie, play pool, sit in the hot tub etc. The kitchen is great for getting the group together to prepare meals and eat, either in the less formal kitchen dining area or the formal dining room. The location is great, a short walk to the Cascade village ski shops and ski lift. It is truly a beautiful property which comfortably accommodates a large group. Highly recommend and hope to go back myself!

Exceptional stay

Had an opportunity to spend a week in this villa to celebrate a special occasion with family and close friends. Anna was exceptional to work with in coordination and ensuring we were settled and the property itself was wonderful. The layout rambles somewhat - which made for an ideal setup for our group. We found that we could spread out and have privacy while still having great common spaces for meals and relaxing. The location was also very good - the lift that services the cascade was close enough for us to base out of the house vs. parking in the village which made coordination much simpler. Overall, our stay was very good and the weather cooperated as well with fresh snow. I expect the property will be equally good, if not better in the summer given the location next to the river and great open spaces. Will look forward to the time when we can come back and stay.

Winter Wonderland

Have just spent the Christmas holidays with extended family at the property. What a place! There is a mixture of accommodation on all floors and some isolated above the garage which creates lots of space such that nobody is on top of one another and disturbs anybody with their own comings and goings.
The kitchen is super equipped, not least for a Christmas Turkey dinner and all the trimmings for 18 people. The dining room flows into the formal lounge area and with the TV room and along with the games room with additional den, the children were able to have their space as well as the adults.
The real feature for us was the real fires after the dip in the jacuzzi.
Everything was as it said on the tin and the assistance we had through the week from the rental agency was first class.
I would heartily recomnmend the property for large families or couples going away together with friends. Fabulous and practical at the same time and only a short walk to the Cascade bus stop which takes you right into the heart of Lionshead or indeed the Cascades gondola which allows you to ski into the village.
