The condominiums are inside to the Park Royal Hotel in the best area of the hotel zone (all inclusive is possible for an additional fee.) A Mayan ruin is on the property.The unit includes it's own personal jacuzzi. The unit is fully equipped Directly across the street is La Isla, Cancun's largest outdoor mall located on the lagoon. There are over 160 stores, restaurants of all kinds and a movie theatre. Buses run from there all over the city to attractions such as Market 28 an authentic Mexican market.

Park Royal Condominium are located in the heart of the hotel zone in Cancun. The condominium is ocean front and over looks the pool with water views from the living area as well as from one of the bedrooms. Outside, almost in front of the entrance is La Isla, an outdoor mall with movie, theatre and over 160 stores and restaurants. Buses run directly from there throughout the city. A Mayan ruin is on the property and visible also from the unit.

Notes: The unit is equiped and consists on a terrace with jacuzzi ocean view, kitchenette, living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, each one with bathroom with hut tub. Few steps, infront of the condominium, on the lagoon side, is La Isla, Cancun's largest outdoor mall located on the lagoon. There are over 160 stores, restaurants of all kinds and a movie theatre. Buses run from there all over the city to attractions such as Market 28 an authentic Mexican market. The weekly rates for a 3 bedroom condo depend on the season, run from 1,400 USD to 2,400 USD. You can rent per night o for long term. It is also possible to rent 1 bedroom suite, with 1 or 2 connecting rooms (ask for rates). The condominium has own beach, swimming pool and it is possible to get the All Inclusive bracelet or a Day Pass. The cleaning service is provided once a week replacing linen and towels. Additional cost for extra service. We can also provide transfers Airport/Condominium/Airport , car rental, tours, (ask for rates)
