We have always enjoyed coming to Big Sky / Moonlight Basin for winter and summer sports, as well as the friendly small town inclusiveness of Big Sky village (residents and vacationers easily intermix). There is always so much to enjoy and see in this beautiful area, or just relax and take in the beauty of the mountain and flora. We have traveled all over the world, but when we rented a home in this area, we fell in love with it, our dream home and dream location.
We love the easy access to both Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resorts that this property offers. The setting is beautiful and the views are spectacular. Moonlight is a very special place!
From the deck you can enjoy the beautiful views of Spanish Peaks, Big Sky, Lone Peak, and Moonlight, while enjoying a private hot tub under the stars, listening to your favorite music from the outdoor music system.
Inside you will find fine touches of an integrated sound system, flat screen televisions, radiant floor heat, a gourmet kitchen with large dining room table, a comfortable, well decorated great room with a beautiful, stone, wood-burning fire-place.
The exquisite King bed in the Master Bedroom is complete with its own propane fireplace, flat screen TV, Integrated sound system, private outdoor deck, soaking Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.
The two additional lower level bedrooms are perfect for a second family or children to stay. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
The upper level loft has a queen sized pull-out sofa and plenty of room for a blow-up mattress for children. Relax in this area with a large flat screen TV, a DVD player , books to read and views to see. A bathroom with large walk-in shower is also in the loft.
After the enjoyment of a wonderful day on the slopes, no need to haul equipment, just walk into the fully heated garage and store the skis. On the lower level of the home, you will find a large-sized boot and glove dryer. (Holds 8 pairs of boots and gloves) There is also a bench to sit on while taking off equipment and hooks to hang up your ski clothes to dry. Hot toddies await your presence on the deck to watch the moon come up over Andesite Mountain.
