About Dana Davis
My husband (Troy) and I grew up in a little town called Cashmere in Washington State. The home of the Aplet and Cotlets. A famous turkish candy factory. We graduated in 1981 and married in 1986. We currently live in Leavenworth Washington a German Tourist town 20 miles from our home town. We are pear and blueberry farmers.
Dana Davis purchased this condo in 2014
Why Dana Davis chose Kailua Kona
Troy and I came to the Big Island in 2012 and fell in love with Kailua-Kona. Kailua became our place of relaxation after a long farming season and the weather was perfect for my M.S. We had stayed in the Lunapule Complex before and loved our stay. After looking at several condo units we walked into T&D Paradise and that what it was, 'Paradise.' It felt like home. It felt like a place that we wanted to call home away from home. A place of peace and relaxation.
What makes this condo unique
When we stayed at the Lunapule Complex in the past Troy said to our son 'If I ever owned one of these condos I would build a Lanai like the one below us with lava rock'. He was pretty shocked when we stepped out of T&D Paradise and there was his Lanai. Its pretty sweet! We fell in love with the location because it is so close to town and beaches. We wouldn't have to drive anywhere unless we wanted to explore.
