Magnificent Ocean View

Absolutely magnificent ocean/beach views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. Randy, the owner, was very responsive to our needs. Great layout in condo.
We have two small dogs and felt very comfortable walking them in the area and were welcomed by the other tenants/owners in the very well maintained complex..
Lovely area with lots to do. Beach is best in area.

I loved staying in this condo. Spacious, gorgeous view, wonderful condo community. Owners easy to work with.

This condo community is great fun. Lots of nice and personable people. This condo is located as close to the beach as you can get. Easy access. Pool is easy to get to too. Parking is easy. Moving in and out was easy.

If I come back for an extended stay, I will try to stay here again.

The property was described perfectly and the photos were great. The property was clean and any deficiencies were identified to us by the owner. The owner was great and we would recommend the property. Some great restaurants in the neighbourhood (within a 10 minute drive) are Thai Thai in Cape Canaveral, Siam Orchid and Brano's in Cocoa Beach. Brano's Sunday brunch was wonderful.

Spacious, well kept, and in a beautiful location.

The facilities at this condo were wonderful. My kids loved the central pool area. Cleanliness is always a big issue for my family. I recieved nothing but praise from them over the week. We felt safe, well cared for, and very relaxed during our visit. Would definately rent this condo from Randy again.

The condo is a littled dated, but in very good condition. We have stayed in this area four times. All stays have been in what I would call an "equivalent" advertized location. This was our best experience, they have all been good.

Thanks again for a great vacation. I hope we can get back soon.

Great Family Vacation

We were nervous about staying at a place we had never seen before. The owner promised there would be a playpen and high chair for our one year old. My husband was stunned by the spectacular ocean view and well maintained spacious unit. I was so relieved to find the portable crib and high chair since we did not pack these items. The owners did indeed keep their word so if they tell you something; it is true! Hurray!

The drive to Disney was an easy drive from this place. We now have a photo book full of pictures of our son at Magic Kingdom. I recommend this vacation rental unit to anyone traveling with children. Dreams really do come true!
