About this property

The Green Dragon Suite is on the same property as the Hobbit Cottage and Prancing Pony Suite. As LOTR fans we wanted to offer a third option. Newly built, spacious king size studio with laundry room, living room, dining room & full-size kitchen.

No animals allowed because of allergies. Located in between Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Kanarraville Falls, and Brian Head Ski Resort. Home of Shakespeare Festival and Utah Summer Games. 1 mile to downtown. There are Nearby pickleball courts and walking trails.

Please ask me if you have more than 2 guests. You can bring a blowup mattress but there will be a fee for each additional guest. Additionally, if you would like to book all 3 of the spaces for a group of 3 couples, send me a request for details.

The space
This is a spacious basement apartment in a full size house with plenty of available parking. We live upstairs. You have a private entrance through the front door. The neighborhood is a quiet townhome subdivision 1 mile from town center.

I you want to meet us that is great, otherwise we will be upstairs. We are empty-nesters so we are pretty quiet.
