Renovated townhouse in Alpine Meadows across the street from Holiday Valley!! This unit has been totally renovated with all new flooring. A short walk to Holiday Valley for skiing in the winter and pool, golf, adventure course in the Summer time. Ski in/out is short walk to Sunrise chair lifts. Going to the Village is a 22 minute walk. The townhouse has 3 floors. You will enter in the lower level where there are 2 very comfortable bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a laundry room and a half bath off one of the bedrooms. The next level up is the full kitchen with dining area that is stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy time with family and friends. Also on second floor is the very spacious living room with brand new leather furniture, gas fireplace and great decor! You will also find a half bath on the second floor. The third floor / loft is very comfortable space that is another bedroom with a king bed and a full bath. Enjoy the large deck.
