A beautiful sculpture iron & wood staircase, leads you down into the great room. Everywhere you look you are taken in by the outlandish views!
A Vail Run Club membership is incl. with this house, providing you free parking in Vail, gym, weights, cardio equipment, sauna, hot tub, heated outdoor swimming pool, showers, lounge, private bus shuttle to/from Mt. & your own ski locker, etc.
In the great room with all its splendor you're joined by a formal dining room, a half bath, a wet bar and wine cellar. From this great room you have your choice of going up another spectacular staircase to a guest room or heading off to the kitchen and family room. The family room has another fireplace, flat screen TV, stereo system and is the gathering place while others are in the kitchen. Adjoining the family room is a circular kitchen with a 180° of glass windows, only allowing for cabinetry to be attached to the ceiling. A chefs dream, with it's massive granite countertops, four (4) ovens (Thermador and Wolf), a full-size subzero refrigerator and a separate full-size subzero freezer, two (2) separate sinks (preparation and utility), a magnificent Wolf gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, a gigantic wrought-iron potholder chandelier, etc., etc. and views, views, and more views!
Back off of the great room, opposite of the family room and kitchen, you will enter a room designed for kids and young adults, (games/movies/study/gathering point. etc.), with a built in credenza, desks, flat screen tv, etc. Continuing on down the hall you will enter two large and nicely appointed guest bedrooms, each with their own full baths (tub & shower). Both of the bathrooms have top-of-the-line ceramic tile and/or travertine along with the high end Kohler fixtures, European hardware and glass shower doors. Both bedrooms have built-in cabinetry, high coffered ceilings, extensive woodwork, flat screen tv's, and a wall of windows with magnificent views! One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twins. Bedding can be switched out to meet your needs with a 60 day notice. On the upper level we have the library/billiard loft, and on opposite sides of the upper level we have another guest bedroom and on the other side we have the office, and the master suite.

Several world class ski area are accessible from this location (Beaver Creek, Vail, Arrowhead, Aspen, Snowmass, Steamboat). Cars are necessary to enjoy this location.
