3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths, Sleeps 8, 2 queens, 2 twins, 1 futon.

This is a beautiful cabin located on Spruce Mountain. The wrap around decks are 1500sf with spectacular views for 100's of miles. Each bedroom exits to a private patio through its own sliding glass door. The outdoor firepit is very popular for making s'mores or roasting marshmallows.

The cabin is relaxing in the cooler temperatures at a 7500ft elevation. The wood ceilings and incredible views make this cabin a special getaway for the whole family. Head North this weekend & get out of the heat!!!!

The cabin is fully furnished and includes all kitchen utensils , towels and linens. Bring your toothbrush, clothes and food!!!!

All the rooms have separate heat and a vintage wood burning stove adds perfect ambiance in the great room. The wood ceiling and amazing views makes this cabin special. You can enjoy horseback riding and adventurous sports such as hiking, biking or atv riding. The home is also equipped with Direct TV, dvd player and memories to last a lifetime

So Much to Do!!: The cabin is fantastic for families that enjoy, relaxing, hiking, biking or watching wildlife. The cabin is less than 10 miles from downtown Prescott and only 4 miles from Goldwater Lake for fishing or packing a picnic.

Prescott shopping, eating and whiskey row is all less than 10 miles away.

There are hiking, horseback, ATV and bike trails throughout the mountain. They take you thru beautiful terrain that goes on for miles and miles. You will also enjoy hiking or riding to the lookout tower at the elevation over 8000 feet.

ASK about QUAD Rentals.: Quad and ATV riding trails and roads lead all over Prescott, we Often take trips to lynx lake for breakfast or ride to crown king for lunch and fun.

There are 3 ATV's (quads) available for rent while staying at this cabin. Polaris Scrambler 500, Polaris Trailboss 325 and a Yerfdog 90. The large Quads are $200 each for your entire stay and the Yerfdog is $125 for your entire stay.

We have taken our quads from lake pleasant all the way to our cabin thru crown king, the trip is about 6 hours of riding and explores beautiful country.

Goldwater lake is about 4 miles from our cabin and has fishing, Volleyball courts, seasonal boat rentals and a picnic area. Other lakes are also in the area.

This cabin is high atop Spruce Mountain at an elevation of 7500 feet. Tall pine trees and wildlife are everywhere on this mountain. There is plenty to do in Historic Downtown Prescott. There are art fairs, nightlife, theater, and fine-dining as well as museums, fishing and shopping. You'll find fishing at the nearby Goldwater Lake, mountain biking and hiking trails are easily accessible and very popular with visitors.

Perfect Escape

My husband, dog and I spent a peaceful weekend here in early September. This cabin is exactly as described, if not better. Amazing views from 2 wrap around decks, quiet, clean and everything you need for a relaxing escape to the woods. We loved that we could just walk through the back yard and be in the national forest. Saw deer, wild turkeys and tons of other wildlife pass by as we lounged on the deck. It is situated at the top of a mountain in a small enclave of cabins, so while not isolated it is away from it all and still private. (While we were there we only saw people at one of the other cabins.) Lovely short hike up to the top of the mountain with incredible sunset views in one direction and the twinkling lights of Prescott in another. The road is not maintained so during inclement weather (lots of snow / rain) could be a little tough if you were to drive a car. The owner was super easy to deal with especially since we rented the cabin the day before we arrived. I would definitely recommend this pace and plan to return again.

The cabin was beautiful and the owner was easy to work with on short notice. The cabin was spacious and had several amenities. Because of the amount of windows, it was hot during the day but cooled down nicely overnight. Had a great view of the sunset/sunrise from the deck. Only complaint would be the drive to get to the cabin which we were warned about ahead of time. Would not want to try it in the rain or the snow. Did not ever see the neighbors but did hear them doing shooting practice.

Great Romantic Getaway!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing romantic long weekend here! This cabin is almost at the very top of the mountain which makes for some awesome views. We also brought our telescope to stargaze - being away from light pollution meant we could see billions of stars. The cabin had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

There are a few other cabins nearby, but we were the only ones there that weekend which made it even more secluded than it already was. The drive up the dirt & gravel road in my Jetta was a little interesting, but we made it just fine. Highly recommend 4-wheel drive though, especially if you're going up during anything but dry summer days.

If you're into hiking in the wilderness, there is tons of it here with the park ranger lookout tower and a hiking path about a 20 minute walk away. We wandered around fairly close to the cabin and still saw some wild turkey, views overlooking the Prescott Valley, and took lots of great photographs during our stay.

We definitely plan on coming up here again sometime soon! Thank you John!
