This Complex is adjacent to the Scottsdale Greenbelt, a 15-mile stretch of multi-use pathway with golf courses. You can ride your bike or walk along the miles of park. Close to Sunrise's pool, clubhouse & workout facility. The community gym is AMAZING. Awesome location overall.

Home away from home

Had everything we needed condo is close to the pool, gym, shopping, walk to the grocery, drugstore, McDonalds, and walk to Golf. No loud Neighbors at night. Nearby car wash had an attractive monthly rate. Lots of restaurants nearby. Condo is spacious and comfortable. Covered parking is very appreciated. We grilled by the pool several times. Definitely recommend this place!

Stay was Great! Perfect location. Place had everything that I needed and the bed was the most comfortable bed that I have slept in. Renter was also great to work with and good communication. Would highly recommend to rent.
