Our Executive luxurious single storey home was built as a show house with an internal floor area of almost 2500sq.ft and several upgrades. It is set in the prestigious developement of Hampton Lakes on Highway 27. It is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney and centrally located for all the attractions the Orlando area has to offer. Set amoungst the orange groves and rolling hills of highway 27, you are just miniutes to shops, restaurants and the main routes of Interstate 4 and Highway 192. This beautifully landscaped community has a play area , tennis courts, basketball court style volley ball and a large community pool all provided free of charge.

The property has 4 double bedrooms .The master bedroom has large En-suite bathroom with upgade facilities. It has a fully equipped large kitchen with separate laundry room and a Main Lounge with cable TV Video,CD player, books and magazines. The Pool Area is extra large ( 30x15) with extended deck area and large lanai with ceiling fan. The pool is also floodlit for nightime use with barbeque facilities available. The pool is south facing providing all day sunshine. Shrub planting on the rear boudary provides you with a sense of enclosure without blocking the sun.
