Villa, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Located in Palm Aire, it is just minutes from Sarasota Airport and one hour from Tampa International Airport. You have access to a heated community pool that is only steps away. Our condo is in excellent condition with new wood flooring in living room, dining room and kitchen and new carpeting in both bedrooms and den. It is tastefully furnished and decorated and ensures a comfortable stay. The condo is 2156 sq ft. and has a two car garage.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet with master bath. Guest room has king size bed. There is a large den with book shelves and desk. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher and all necessary items for every day living. Full size washer and dryer. The condo has a nice view of the lake from the glassed in lanai.

Only minutes to downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Asolo Theater, Sarasota Square Mall, Southgate Mall, and the world famous Ringling Museum. You would be minutes away from the fast growing University Pkwy which has many restaurants and shops.

Smoking is not allowed in unit and no pets are allowed.
