BEAUTIFUL 4 BR HOME CLOSE TO DISNEY/OTHER ATTRACTIONS

My family just returned from a two week Disney World vacation at Kay's Retreat. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had and by far the best Disney vacation. We have always stayed on property (Contemporary Resort), but never again. Kay's Retreat is just a few minutes away from the parks; it was very convenient getting to and from each park. The house itself was perfect. Besides my husband and myself we had our 17 year old daughter (this trip was her graduation present) and her friend and our 12 year old daughter. With 4 bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths, it accomodated all five of us easily and comfortably. It was extremely clean, well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. All of the beds were super comfortable! After a hot day at one of the parks, we would come home and relax in the pool. The pool and patio area was always clean and well maintained and we enjoyed it thoroughly. As far as customer service, I give Kay 5 stars. From the very beginning to after we were back home from vacation, Kay was easy to communicate with, always providing answers to any questions within minutes of emailing her. I would highly recommend Kay's Retreat to anyone looking for an Orlando and especially Disney vacation. Next time we plan a Disney vacation, we will look to Kay to hopefully stay there again. Thank you, Kay, for helping to make our vacation such a memorable one.

Being so close to Parks, restaurants etc was great and the kids really enjoyed using the pool. We had no problems whatsover with the villa. The villa was well equipped and very clean.

Thanks again for a problem free break, we hope to return to Florida in the near future and would definately use the villa again. I'll be recommending you to family & friends for sure!

5 adults and 2 kids had the time of our lives! The house was located in a very nice little subdivision off the main path (but not too far off as we were at the gates of Disney in 5 minutes) with friendly neighbors. We were very happy with the cleanliness and modern upgrades at the house. Restaurants and grocery stores were everywhere we needed them to be. As far as Pizza, I suggest Flipper's if you're looking for some delivery while lounging in the pool. Thanks again to Kay and family and we look forward to our next trip to the retreat.
