Fully secured building in safe neighborhood. 8 minutes to Marina del Rey beach, 15 min to Santa Monica beach, Beverly Hills, LAX. 25 minutes to Universal Studios and City Walk. 35 minutes to Disneyland. On the way to Sun Diego Wild Animal Park and See World and LEGOLAND.

I love this place because its very cozy and safe. Its perfect for pleasure and business. If I need to relax I just stay there for a few days, biking, hiking, going to the beach.

Its very close to all I need. Driving to LAX is 12 min, and there is no noise from LAX at all. 405 freeway is 5 minutes away, which is vey convenience if I need to drive to Beverly Hills (10 min) or Hollywood (15min). If I have friends coming to town they are always prefer to stay at Del Rey Spot. They love biking to the beach. Its also many hiking trails around. A lot of dining places.

We arrived from Istanbul flying over 19 hours,we found everything in order, keys for property and garage, inside the property everything is well kept and we enjoyed our stay,neighbourhood is very quite safe and within easy reach to Venice Beach and Santa Monica,Highly recommended.
We visited California for the first time and staying here was a great option! Everywhere we wanted to go was convenient to where we stayed! Close to beaches, malls, FIDM College, LA, etc. Would definitely;y stay here again! It was clean, convenient and roomy!
The place is great; clean, easily accessible to main streets, highways. The management was very responsive. My only complaint is that the neighbors on the next unit are extremely loud and seem to have a party of some sort all the time. The walls are paper thin and you can everything they say and do, including hearing them snore at night. If you need sleep, this is not the best place based on the neighbors alone.
Spent 9 nights here .. .the location was perfect for us - close to the beaches, easy to get to the freeways and all the amenities within a few blocks. The management was responsive and helpful - we arrived late in the evening and had no problem making contact. The neighbors in the building were friendly. Unit is clean and fairly well equipped (could use a few more kitchen items .... 3 wine glasses and 2 water glasses was a bit sparse for the 4 of us). All in all .... would definitely recommend to others.
Stayed ten days, nice and quiet location, close to Marina del Rey, good Wi-Fi, fully equiped kitchen, private parking and very responsive management; all in all much more better and enjoyable than any hotel.
