Locasted in a heavily-wooded area in the mountains outside Boulder, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom house nests in a property with a gazebo alongside a water stream. Private, yet close to everything. It’s a little piece of paradise.

Location: in a breathtaking view canyon, high in the mountains at 6,900 feet. The city of Boulder is only 11 miles away (20 minutes through a scenic route); 35 miles from Downtown Denver; 55 miles from Denver International Airport. Open year-round. Very private, but with easy access from the road.

House: over 3,000 sf, 3 bedrooms (all suites), cathedral ceiling and skylight, 3 baths, living and dining room, breakfast area, full equipped kitchen, laundry room, sunroom with satellite high definition TV, fireplace, private office with internet connection, recreation room with darts, billiards and ping-pong table, hot tub, two-car heated garage.

Land: 3.7 acres heavily wooded, with small creek crossing the property, sited across a 800 sf gazebo. A walking trail runs for miles, starting from a short walking distance from the property and reaching high in the mountains.

Marcus and Roseana live and work in Miami, Florida. He's an executive with a credit card company. She works for an international bank. They have two grown-up sons and keep their vacation home as immaculate as their own home in Florida.

Our stay was just what we wanted! Being in the mountains but close to Boulder,the house was roomy and very clean. We had lots of privacy,and the game room was a big plus. The city of Boulder offered all the warmth and relaxtion anyone would expect, especially Pearl Street with its shopping and dining. We highly recommend Ted's Montana Grill.Thanks again to the owners, Marcus and Roseanna for sharing their beautiful home with our family.

Amazing family vacation!

My family stayed here during spring break. We had an amazing time! The house was wonderful and had all the comforts of home. My husband and I were able to enjoy the beautiful views and the cozy fireplace, while our kids had the sunroom with the tv and the wii. The entire family had a blast playing ping pong and pool in the gameroom. The property was so large we had a great time exploring it. The creek and the gazebo were a fun place to hang out during our hikes. The property has direct access to a trail that winds up the mountain. It snowed while we were there so it made the hiking challenging and fun at the same time. The long driveway covered in snow was the perfect sledding area for my kids too! The location of the house could not have been better. It is private and quiet, but just a short drive to the surrounding cities. The owners were awesome and were the most accommodating hosts I have had the pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back next year!

Lovely getaway

Our group had around 8 people. The stay was terrifc. The house has ample space, is great, well maintained, nicely decorated and, most important, fit all our needs. We had a great time just talking for hours, walking in the neighborhood and visiting some beautiful places. We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful get away home.I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone.
