This Luxury Vacation Villa was renovated and newly furnished in Spring 2011. The eclectic designed vacation homes offers accommodations for up to 8 people. The master features a King bed. The second master features a queen bedset. The third bedroom features another queen bed. The forth bedroom is equipped with a desk area and a convertible couch for extra sleeping of up to 2 people.

The Location is close to shopping and the attractions. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are only minutes away. Orlando is about equal distance to Florida’s East and West coast for relaxing day trips to the beach. The closest beaches are Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, New Smyrna to the east and Tampa, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island to the West. One finds fantastic shopping opportunities at the prime outlet, the Florida Mall and the newer and exclusive Mall of Millennia. There are dozens of great golf courses close by that player of all skill levels can play for green fee.

The Neighborhood: Crystal Cove is a newer resort style community that is still in expansion. A number of the existing homes are permanently occupied by their owners while a portion are used as vacation homes. The community is gated with an electronic gate. Currently the gate is open during daytime to allow visitors access to the builders model home. After hours the gate is closed and guests will be given the access code to gain entrance to the neighborhood with their booking confirmation. The location of Crystal Cove is close to all theme parks in the Orlando region. Disney World with its Theme parks Epcot center, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood studios and Animal Kingdom is only minutes away. A few exits east on interstate 4 visitors can enjoy the Wizzarding World of Harry Potter in the Universal Studios and watch fascinating sea creatures in Sea World Orlando.

The Location: There are a number of great restaurants nearby. A super Walmart and Publix are only 5 minutes away from the Neighborhood. Golfers will enjoy a number of top ranked Golf courses that allow players of all levels of experience to play a round for green fee. Most courses are open to the public and do not require memberships. The Central Florida Region has enough courses to allow a player to play a new course every day for weeks and weeks. The mild climate makes for a 12 month golfing season so don't forget to bring your clubs. Most Golf courses offer club rentals for the traveler who like to pack light.

Great vacation villa in a quiet gated community. This villa has a state of the art security system and many amenities such as WiFi, cable, AC, your own private pool and a fully equipped kitchen. Well appointed spaces with luxurious bed rooms.
Good for families to access Theme Parks and anyone needing to rest and rejuvenate. Lots of privacy. Excellent shopping opportunities. The Florida Mall and The Loop are easily accessible. A Walmart within 5-7 minutes. Many restaurants in close proximity.
Agents are friendly and helpful. Feels like home...only better.

Our family has rented many homes in the Orlando Area over the years but this one was special.
This home was beautifully decorated and out fitted.The rental agent was helpful in every way possible.
The home was also close to Disney, shopping, dining and everything you could possibly wish for on a vacation. We actually spent two days just enjoying the home and not going out.
Thanks again Malte I am telling everyone I know about this wonderful rental!
