Spectacular 3 Bdrm-3bth-POOL- 2 Master Suites on Golf Course

We had a great time at this home. Our week was planned with several days of R&R in the house, so the spacious rooms and pleasant pool area were great. The kitchen is nicely supplied with all the basics, and the beds and furniture are all very comfortable. Just a few minutes from groceries, shopping, entertainment and recreation areas - this is a great rental!
The descriptions in the posting are accurate, the home was clean and well maintained, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this rental.

Spectacular is a great description for this house. We stayed at this property during the month of October 2011. The house is furnished beautifully with all of the amenities of home.
The main rooms are very open with high ceilings and lots of lighting. There are two tv's - one located in the familyroom/kitchen area and one in the room with pool table. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials needed for daily living and this house would be amazing for entertaining.

For our arrival the owner left a bottle of wine and a note to make us feel very welcome. The home is spotless and well maintained.

It has two master bedrooms plus a third bedroom and all bedrooms are each in a separate area of the house which is great for couples. The two master bedrooms both have walk-in closets and have their own bathroom - one has a separate shower and soaker tub and the other one has a combination shower and tub. The smaller master bedroom also has sliding doors leading out to the pool area. There is a third central bathroom.

The backyard is an oasis with beautifully landscape and views that could rival any resort style hotel. There is a covered patio with a table and comfortable chairs and a large Weber BBQ. There are very comfortable lounger chairs with cushions. Everything seems new and well taken care of. The pool has steps leading into the pool at both ends and a rock water fountain. There are pool games and floaters for the pool which we used in the afternoons. There were these solar circular panels in the pool and it kept the temperature in the pool around 81 degrees. You have to remove them on Mondays for the pool to be cleaned. This takes takes about 5 to 10 minutes to remove but well worth keeping the pool warm.

The neighbourhood is quiet. There are lots of parks and of course, the golf course meanders through the neighbourhood.There is lots of shopping only minutes away. The home is located on the first hole green of the Coldwater Springs Golf Course. The sunrises each morning and you can sit out and enjoy a coffee and the rise of the Arizona sun.

I was expecting a beautiful home from the pictures posted on this site but they don't do this house justice. I would recommend this property to anyone and we have already book a return trip for next year!
