This Coral Beach Condo has been in my family for several years. We have used this Carribean Paradise to get away from work, and celebrate formal and informal life events.

Being on Coral Beach affords you all the opportunities to fully enjoy a tropical vacation and all it's experiences.

Golf, shop, parasail, and swim in the ocean by day, enjoy a dinner in one of many local eaterys, take in some nightlife, then head back to your own private patio for a nightcap.

If you need to unwind, watching a sunset fom your own patio/pool or taking a moon-lit stroll on the beach would surely refresh the senses.

It's up to you to create your own Caribbean paradise.

We enjoyed a very restfull Week at Kathy's freeport condo, no big surprises with the unit itself, clean and a nice updated Kitchen. The unit is on the Ground floor and has a small Garden area, very convenient for sitting out if you tire of the pool area. The condo complex is in transisition units being upgraded and renovations underway on all floors so you may experience a little Construction noise.The Pool and Bar area seems to be the social Hub of the condo complex and adjacent to the Beautiful Beach and Blue Water, the food at the Bar is excellent and the Chef seems very competent and resourcefull with His culinary creations, we never had a bad experience the times we dined there.
This was our visit to Grand Bahama and we would consider a subsequent visit.
Thanks Kathy for allowing us a small taste of paradise.

Our Wonderful Stay at Coral Beach

This was such a wonderful place to stay for our trip to the Bahamas. My spouse and I absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed, and we really appreciated being on the ground floor. It was convenient, and the patio was great. The description and photos are very accurate. Everything was clean, and the place itself was very comfortable. We found the cost very reasonable, and the owners friendly and easy to get a hold of and deal with. The pool and beach bar at the Condo were fantastic! The beach was beautiful, and we were just a walk away from Lucaya, which had tons of places to eat, shop, drink and dance. I think we stayed at the ideal location. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Fantastic Place to Stay

My fiance and I were here for Spring Break and to enjoy some time together and we loved every minute of it! The condo is located perfectly to go to the beach, or take a stroll down to the Port Lucaya area for an evening on the town. We loved being able to stay in and cook or have a snack while relaxing at the beach. The Coral Beach area is nice and quiet, and exactly the relaxing vacation we needed. Everything in the area was really accessible by walking, either down the beach or along the road. Other people in the complex also gave us a lot of vacation tips and were all very friendly.
Everything you need to enjoy your stay is here, and the patio is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day on the beach. Having internet and all the amenities of home was a HUGE plus. The local bar/grill at the pool also serves up some really great dishes if you don't want to cook or travel for the night.
Kathy was great about contacting us and letting us know about things to do in the area. Freeport/Grand Lucaya is a fantastic vacation spot, and we cannot wait to come back again!

My husband and I stayed in Kathys condo over the holidays. Everything was just like the pictures. Kathy did everything in her power to make sure we were comfortable. This is a very nice place to stay. You can eat at the beach bar or take a short walk to town. If you want to go snorkling , See Tony down at port lycaya. It was the best and cheapest.
