This free-standing, two bedroom condo (including the upstairs loft) sleeps 1 to a party of 4. It is located on the second floor of the Sunshine Village Apartment Complex in Negril. The unit is air-conditioned and has several fans.
Downstairs it is equipped with an over-sized king bed with night tables...a desk…a three seat sofa and a coffee table...and a dining table with four chairs. You have an amazing full sea view from a double window next to the bed. There is cable TV (including some premium channels)…stereo with CD and radio…and a DVD player. There is an ironing board and iron for your convenience. There is a full bathroom (tub w/shower) and a full kitchen which are at end of two separate hallways so you don’t have to see them while you enjoy spending time in the main room. The kitchen has a full sized stove and a full sized refrigerator with freezer. Appliances in the kitchen include a microwave, coffee maker, blender and a toaster.
A lovely patio can be accessed through glass sliders so you can enjoy balmy sea breezes and a nice view of the sea. There is a table and four chairs for your convenience.
The loft, accessible by extremely comfortable spiral stairs, has two single beds. Installed is a passive solar roof ventilator to exhaust warm air from the loft. There is a table with seating for two...a dresser…two lamps and a fan.
A few steps from your door, in the restaurant and bar area, you can enjoy a spectacular, panoramic view of the Caribbean sea and the famous Seven Mile Beach.
No reservation is confirmed until a deposit is received! The deposit will equal 50% of the total amount due for your reservation. The balance of your payment will be paid in US$ upon your arrival, before you receive the keys to the property. This unit is a privately owned condominium. In the event that you must cancel your reservation after payment of your deposit; if the cancellation is at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, your total deposit will be applied towards any available dates you choose to book during the next 2 years. If the cancellation is less than 30 days prior to your arrival date then your deposit will unfortunately not be refunded or credited towards any future booking!

Negril, Jamaica is a laid-back paradise with 7 miles of perfect beach and the irie attitude of the friendly, Jamaican folks. Royal Palm Reserve: A unique Eco-Tourism experience! Minutes from Negril… this unbelievable 400 acre reserve was created to protect the largest population of Jamaican Royal Palms in the world. Take a stroll on the wooden walkways…climb the wild life observation tower. There you can see the ospreys and sea hawks. It’s also a home for the Jamaica parakeet and the Jamaican woodpecker.
Rhodes Hall Plantation: A visit to the Rhodes Hall Plantation is a must. (approximately ½ hr drive from negril) Take a horseback ride you will never forget.
