Beautiful Adobe in a pristine desert landscape setting. Spacious, beautifully furnished vacation home decorated in the American Southwest style to enhance your vacation stay in the' Valley of the Sun', part of the greater Phoenix area!

Minutes from University of Phx, home of the NFL Superbowl, Fiesta Bowl, and the Phoenix Cardinals.

Kid friendly and close to Peoria Sports complex,home of the Spring Training teams (Seattle Mariners & San Diego Padres) Coyotes Arena, and the all new Cardinals Stadium, West Wing - a must see for dining and shopping as well. Located across the street from a great park with, tennis courts, basketball courts, track, and picnicing. 2 miles from the Arrowhead Lake area. The famous Red Rock town of Sedona and the Grand Canyon are a day trip away.

This 1100 sq ft vaulted ceiling condo has a master suite with queen bed and powder room dressing area with a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds and a queen size bed with large walk-in closet and private entry to a full sized bathroom. There is a piggyback washer dryer in a separate closet area in the master bedroom. There are plenty of linens and cleaning supplies and it is spotlessly clean.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including dishwasher & microwave. It is a large work kitchen with glass topped stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.

The dining area has a bar with 2 stools and a table that seats 6.

Folding chairs and card table are available in unit.

The living room area has a reclining wrap around sofa with drop down console. From the living room through sliding glass doors is the private covered patio with gas BBQ. A perfect area to start your day with a cup of coffee or begin the evening with a glass of wine.

The unit is close to the individually numbered parking area and the pool with hot tub/jacuzzi, for the exclusive use of owners/guests only. It is also close by to the 101 Loop which gives access to all areas of the valley and 20 min from airport.

We now have a brand new Tanger Outlet shopping only about 8 minutes away with all the finest name brands represented.

We chose Phoenix because of the warm weather and beautiful mountain ranges of Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We also have relatives living there and we can visit, and also have someone to check on the Condo whenever need be.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy sunning by the pool or using the jacuzzi. We love to shop and eat out at all types of restaurants, also the best mexican food you'll ever find!

My wife and I had never spent any length of time in Arizona and we were looking for a place to base our travels, while we were in the area. The small house style condo was everything we needed and exactly as described by the owners. Our early mornings were spent with a cup of coffee on the patio listening to the doves and mockingbirds. During our occasional walks through the complex, we felt safe and we met a number of the neighbors and all were very friendly. We spent 3 weeks there and the location of the condo was central to the many activities we took in. Milwaukee Brewers Spring training games were 15 minutes away and the Phoenix International Raceway was about 30 minutes. Our day trips to Saguaro National Park, Old Tucson and Sedona were all about 2 hours away. The owners answered all of our questions and we would recommend this property to anyone.

We traveled to Phoenix area for my son's baseball tournament, didn't want to be stuck in a hotel room for 6 days so instead decided to rent a condo. While they may call this a condo in Arizona, it's more of a cute and cozy patio home that consist of a good size kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The set up inside was very simple but welcoming and comfortable. We played games at Peoria Sports complex - which was maybe only 10 minutes away. Very close by the Arizona Cardinals stadium (perhaps less than 10 minutes). Very easy access to all highways that can take you in half-hour or so to Scottsdale and Chandler areas. Grocery stores nearby (Fry's and Safeway). The entire community consists of bunch of patio homes (which are all individual/private condos). Super quiet community. For the entire week we stayed here we hardly saw anyone. Felt the area was very safe too. The owners of the property are very friendly, accommodating and hospitable. Highly recommend this home to anyone who's visiting for a football game or baseball tournaments.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Yes, it is true, our home is a stand alone unit. Although managed by a condo association, it is really a two bedroom two bath home. It is conveniently located to all areas of the valley and very close to great shopping and antiquing. We are always available for any help in making your stay more enjoyable!
