Our home is a great place for you to enjoy, relax and have great memories of your vacation to Southern California.

This home, built in 2011, is in the perfect location for you to enjoy all that Southern California has to offer. We are centrally located to many of Southern California’s attractions such as Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Angel’s Stadium, Korea Town, Little Saigon, South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum and our coastal beaches to name a few.

This home is fully furnished and has a very warm feel to it. It is great for any size family or multiple families. It can accommodate 20 guests (10/beds, 2/sofa sleeper and 8/air mattress). This is a new two story 5 bedroom home including one bedroom on the main floor. It is approximately 3200 living sq ft. The Master Suite has a large walk in closet and Jacuzzi. We understand if you don’t want to cook while on vacation, but if you do then you will really enjoy this kitchen. This home has a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, huge Island, and custom cabinets which opens to the spacious family room. This home is truly breathtaking and a great place for all to enjoy. Bring your family and friends with you because there will be plenty of room.

For larger groups requiring more space and want to stay close to one another, then let us know. We have another home that is right next door that can accomodate 20 guests as well.

Beautiful home in a centralized location

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The owners were more than accommodating as we arrived on our first day. They made sure we has enough blankets, pillows, and air mattresses for all guests. They didn't pry as to our stay other than to make sure we had everything we needed. My family included 16 people total and the home provided more than enough space for us all. The location worked out great as it was an hour north of San Diego and 45mins-1hour South of L.A. That was a huge factor when looking for a place and this home provided us with quick access routes to the freeway. I plan to stay here again on my next trip down because it was that great!

I strongly recommend this house for a vacation home! We rented this house for our family coming to my wedding. The house was very spacious and it was perfect for multi family staying. All the rooms are as I saw in the picture online and everything was new and clean. There are huge living room, family room area connected to each other, so 8 of us all could hang out together without feeling stuffed. Each bedroom has nice mattress and bedding and all the bathroom had enough towels for the guests to use for three days. All of my family members were happy with the house and we did not have any problem during our stay.

The communication with the owner was smooth and they were always willing to help us out whenever we had a question or a request. We booked it kind of last minute, but the owner responded promptly and we felt like they care about the guest and our satisfaction.

It says there are 2 parking spots, but we were able to park 3 extra cars in front of the garage door. We didn't need to find street parking.

I did not notice the noise from outside. It was quiet neighborhood and we felt safe to walk around the house at night.

Wonderful

This house was a wonderful place for our family to stay and easily slept all 10 of us. It was very convenient with easy travel times to John Wayne Airport, Chapman University, and downtown Santa Ana. Everything is new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was great to cook in. Ann and Duc are lovely hosts who worked hard to provide everything we needed. (One caveat: the home is on a very busy street and traffic noise is formidable if the windows are open.)

Amazing Vacation Home!

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this brand-new beautiful home of Ann and Duc. It was over and above what we had hoped for. Immaculate, spacious, comfortable, relaxing and above all it met every need our family of 16 had. Ann and Duc were so accomodating; from meeting us at the door, to bringing extra bedding, setting up a crib, to setting up games for our young grandchildren, they were so kind and caring.
We found grocery stores and shopping close by and our trips to Disneyland only took 10 minutes from the front door and additionally only 30 minutes to Newport Beach.
We can highly recommend staying at this amazing vacation home.
We want to thank Ann and Duc for making our Disneyland Christmas Vacation Trip 2012 such a wonderful memory for our family.
