This apartment is on the ground floor of a multi-occupation house. It’s about 10 minutes on foot to the sandy beach and approx. 3 minutes to the town centre. All rooms have a balcony. The large terrace has a separate seating corner and a grill . The apartment also contains a washing machine, stereo, TV with German programmes. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, huge fridge with freezer shelf, kettle and 4 plate gas hob etc.
