About The Owner
We are both teachers with two teenage daughters who love to ski and snowboard.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
Why The Owner chose Brian Head
We first came to Brian Head in 2002 and were attracted by the family friendly atmosphere, uncrowded ski slopes, and the easy drive along Interstate 15 from Orange County.
What makes this condo unique
We love skiing off our back deck onto the slopes! During the summer we enjoy driving Rhino off road vehicles on the back roads while viewing the mountain from a unique perspective. A drive to the top of Brian Head peak affords a view into Arizona and Nevada!
Guestbook comments from the manager
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pinetree D1. Aaron was so helpful, even
before we arrived, answering our concerns about the skiing conditions and
reassuring us that our trip would not be wasted. After we arrived we asked
for a fire starting kit--he brought that later the same day and made sure we
had everything we needed.
The unit itself was perfect for us. Last year we stayed in a Snowshoe 3A,
which was fine for us then, but now our children are more accomplished
skiers and we wanted a true ski-in/ski-out location. This location of this
unit can't be beat for convenience and proximity to the beginner slope. The
condo was exceptionally clean and all the furniture and beds were
comfortable and in good shape. The kitchen is well-equipped and very easy to
cook in. Instructions for connecting to the wi-fi were easy to follow and we
also enjoyed a few of the movies that are there. (fyi - we did notice the
first disc of the Spiderman movie is missing.)
I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants a ski-in/ski-out
location. We will definitely reserve it again on any upcoming trips to Brian
Head. I also recommend going through BHVR--the reservation process was easy
and staff seems to always be available for questions or issues.
