Our Prescott Victorian was built in 1898 and completely restored in the late 1980's. It truly is magnificent ! It is beautiful on the inside and out. There are many original items in the house from furniture, and antiques to claw foot bath tubs and water heated original radiators. The parlor has not changed and includes a fireplace and originally restored Queen Ann furniture.
The home has 3 bedrooms up stairs and a third floor with a brand new queen sofa sleeper pull out couch and an iron full bed and the best views of the Prescott skyline.
We just added 3 new custom iron beds to second story bedrooms. One is a cal king and the other two are queen beds with brand new mattresses and bedding.
There is one bathroom downstairs off the kitchen and 2 bathrooms on the second floor each with claw foot bath tubs and showers. The third floor has a modern bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is updated and stocked and includes a Wolf 6 burner range with double oven and an original hand made copper sink. There is artwork and paintings by famous Cowboy Artist and previous owner John Coleman who also resides in Prescott.
The home is very comfortable and elegant and perfect for a relaxing stay with family as well as a very romantic getaway. The views from the porch are breath taking of downtown Prescott and the skyline. The sun sets right off the porch and the Prescott downtown square is only a few hundred yards away and less than a 5 minute walk.
The house is excellent for all groups from a romantic couple get away to a large family or 2 families as it will sleep 10 comfortably utilizing the sofa sleeper.

My partner and I bought the house from her parents. Her father is a well known Cowboy Artist of America. He is a bronze sculptor and the home reflects some of his talents. He and his wife bought the house in 70's after a fire burned the third floor. They restored the home impeccably with attention to every detail. The home reflects this with each room being unique and decorated with attention to detail respecting and keeping the tradition of the era of which it was built.
My wife grew up here and we enjoy the home often ourselves. It is a great place to spend the holidays. We live in Ca but have lots of family in Prescott who visit the house often and help us keep it in excellent condition. We love coming to Prescott to do nothing but sit on the porch and enjoy the views !

My partner grew up in Prescott.
I went to Embry Riddle in Prescott and it is in many ways our second home. We love the area and the town. The people are friendly and know what they want. We respect the old feel of this town and love spending time in Prescott. There is no other town like it.
The greatest is the location.
In less than five minutes you can walk to the downtown square of Prescott. There is always some sort of event happening on the weekends at the square from parades to craft fairs, art shows and concerts. During the Holiday season the courthouse and downtown area is all lit up and absolutely amazing. You feel like you are literally in a wonderland. There are numerous restaurants and of course the famous whiskey row where each bar has its own character. Its not uncommon to see cowboys wearing their 6 shooters on their hips walking around. There is a great brewery and pizza place a stones throw from the house. We love to hang out on the porch and watch the festivities. The night view of the city is fantastic from the front porch. The stars off the back porch are breathtaking.
