Urban Eden; Garden Level Condo in Eden Park

My family and I stayed here for one night while my oldest daughter visited Xavier University. The condo is on a nice street and all the homes have wonderful character. The condo is immaculate and beautiful. The unit is very nicely decorated. There is plenty of room for four people and the furniture is very comfortable. There are so many nice touches, like fresh flowers in a couple vases, tea and cereal bars and Starbucks coffee!(My husband was so happy) We were right next to Eden Park and got up early on Tuesday walked around the park and went to the conservatory. The view is amazing from the park and we took family pictures with the river in the background. The owner was very pleasant and organized and easy to work with. We enjoyed Andy's Mediterranean grill for lunch. We also went to the Aquarium in Newport which is a 10 minute drive away. Overall this was a great experience. The only two concerns I had were that the people who live above this condo were very noisy until late at night. It was 12:30 am and they were still making a lot of noise on the hard wood floors above the front bedroom. I moved to the back bedroom with my daughter and it was not so bad. The television did not work despite following the directions and trying to get it to stay on. I am not a big TV person but it would have been helpful to block out the noise from above for a while. I would recommend this apartment to people who are used to living below others.
