We have an affinity for old buildings. We have lived in our house in Walnut Hills for over 13 years. We bought this property a few blocks away as a 4 unit apartment and rehabbed it ourselves. We really adore this unit. Someday we might sell our place and move into the condo. We believe that our neighborhood has a lot to offer!
Living in Cincinnati allows us to enjoy the best of everything 'big city' but with an affordable price tag. Arts, museums, college & pro sports, festivals, exhibits, concerts and so much more are all just minutes away. We easliy bike, walk, bus & cab to downtown events. Quick access to Kentucky or Indiana broaden our choices for tons of activities. Just down the street a new casino is under construction. The chefs & purveyors at Findlay Market are doing amazing things with local products. The geography of the river valley and surrounding hills is wonderful for hiking, biking, canoeing and photographing.
