Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)

Just steps from the sea, this beautifully remodeled condo offers a spectacular view of Monterey Bay, Moss Landing and miles of white sand beach. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves, wake to the barking of sea lions, and see schools of dolphins jumping out of the water. Enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner looking out to a full ocean/bay view. Enjoy a wood fire in the fabulous fireplace, with its granite surround and white decorative European style mantle.

This home is decorated in the style of Country French. Top of the line, down blend, Alan White collage collection sofa, ottoman, and oversized chair, plus an antique double bed. Beautiful glass top dining table seats 4.

Crown molding throughout, with marble & granite in both the Gourmet kitchen and bath. The kitchen has granite counters and matching backsplash, deep farm sink & cottage style cabinets.

The bathroom has a Kohler soaking tub, with a Breccia Oniciata marble surround, matching marble sink top and splash, and a built in dressing table. The over-the-tub shower has a 1/2' glass half door. The commode area is separated by a pony wall with a carved marble cap.

All fixtures are top of the line.

Complex has an Exercise room, pool table, 2 swimming pools & spas.

Why The Owner chose Monterey

Love the water views, sandy beach, easy access to Carmel/Pebble Beach/Fisherman's Wharf/Pacific Grove. Only 2&1/2 hour drive to San Francisco and 40 minutes to Big Sur.

We love the weather, the restaurants, the trees, the hiking/biking paths. We get to see all of the Classic Auto shows in Carmel/Pebble Beach. The activities are endless.

What makes this condo unique

We love dining on our deck while watching the crashing surf. When we remodeled our home we expanded the kitchen and we can easily entertain friends.

Charming, beautiful view and convenient to everything!

My daughter and I stayed here the end of July into August. The unit and complex is beautiful and right on the beach. The location could not be better! We took walks down the beach everyday and swam in the heated pool. The unit is well stocked with everything you need for cooking - in fact we rarely ate out. We much preferred to stay in after longs days on the water or hiking to enjoy a cozy dinner by the fireplace. There is laundry on-site and covered parking. Our stay was extremely relaxing and we felt right at home!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
