The Sea Breeze Condominium is one of the most desirable complexes in Madeira Beach. Each unit sports a roomy balcony overlooking the powdery white sand and emerald turquoise waters, and you would be hard pressed to find a better view! The stunning beach and the close proximity of the classic beach boardwalk, John's Pass, give you everything you need for a fun filled vacation!

Unit 306 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, pleasant and comfy spot with sleeping for 6. The floor plan allows for plenty of room to spread out and features a dining area and living area overlooking the balcony. The handsome ceramic tile throughout the common areas grants easy living at its finest. The oversized furniture and flat screen T.V. provide an enjoyable area to settle in after a fun filled day at the beach. The eat in kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with updated countertops and newer appliances. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds, and each comes with a television. The master bathroom is light and airy and has ample counter space and an oversized shower. The 2nd bathroom is equally attractive and has a tub and shower combination. For your convenience there is cable television, covered parking, and common area internet.

The Sea Breeze Condominium is an intimate complex within steps of the beautiful beach. It features the largest hot tub in Mad Beach and has a heated swimming pool which are both beachside. Plenty of lounge chairs are situated around the good-looking brick patio. The tiki huts on the property are a nice addition when you just want to get out of the sun for a bit but still enjoy the fabulous weather. There is a nice BBQ grill patio area and a bocce court. Laundry facilities are located in the complex on floors 4 and 7.

Madeira Beach is a small seaside community sandwiched between the Intracoastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Measuring only two miles long and with only about 5000 residents this community draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Despite its size this vacation paradise has much to offer. The warm and calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico make this a wonderful family vacation spot and there are many nearby attractions to keep you busy. The "Great Gale" of 1848 created John's Pass on the Island's south end which is now home to the world famous John's Pass Village, and the center of shopping in Madeira Beach. About Jeff & Gina

Raised in central Florida with fathers working at the Kennedy Space Center, we both have a lifetime of fond memories of beach days, beach escapes, beach getaways, and funfilled family beach vacations. Our love of the ocean spans decades as does our romance. High school sweethearts (married for 28 years and counting) and fellow UF graduates, Jeff and Gina have four children. Jordan attends Orangewood Christian High School; while Josh, Jake and Jared go to FSU. Jeff has owned an Allstate Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. He also did consulting for 4 years with both Allstate Corporate and individual agencies countrywide; streamlining processes, increasing production, incorporating inventive marketing, maximizing potential revenue, and stressing customer service. Soon after having their fourth child (4 in 4 years), Gina “retired” from her actuarial position to assist Jeff and raise their lively bunch. With a recent house full of teenagers, Gina likewise knows a thing or two about particular “customers”. We have built our home on faith, family, and fun; and strive to build this company on the same.

Perfect winter retreat for northern snowbirds!

This was our first extended stay in the south during the winter and Sea Breeze was perfect! We loved the surrounding area - John's Pass only 5 blocks, Sweet Sage (a favorite restaurant), groceries stores. When we had an issue, the owner was prompt in response. We will definitely be returning.

great winter holiday

The listing description and pictures are very accurate. We could not have asked for more. This location on the beach in proximity to Johns Pass and shopping was perfect. This unit is very clean and I would highly recommend it to others. Jack has done a wonderful job of providing a well stocked and comfortable stay away from hoe.

Fabulous Vacay!

My new husband and I enjoyed a fabulous honeymoon at this vacation spot. It was quiet and the sunsets were beautiful. Every day we walked to John's pass for lunch and dinner. It was so peaceful walking with our toes in the sand watching the sunset as we journeyed back. I recommend this rental to anyone who is need of serious R&R. Did I mention the nightly hot tub visits? Yeah, no sore feet for us.

Meets and Exceeds My List of Priorities

We love the Madeira Beach area as it is clean, safe, relatively quiet, yet is close to many different activities (kayaking, bicycIing, hunting for seashells) and 2 airports.

If your beach accommodation priorities are cleanliness, comfortable bed, and amenities you don't want to bring on the plane, you will be very happy here! If you like beach-vacation bonus items like: beach chairs,umbrella,water/sand toys,you will be happy here!

Bonus condo items: flat-screen TV with DVD player in liv. room, TV in master bedroom, master suite with its own ensuite bathroom (and large shower area), welcoming and serene decor, large dining table with extra inserts for a great dinner party,lazy-boy chairs and sofa, roomy and relaxing. I could go on; there's a Coffee maker AND a kettle, a very roomy pantry, and lots of kitchen cabinets,with easy-to-clean tile floors (everywhere except bedrooms).

A very kind and helpful owner, with whom it was very easy (and always enjoyable) to communicate. I'm sure if there ever are issues (and that's just a normal along the coast), that Jack would be ready to deal with it. The property is kept clean, especially in the pool and hot tub area. They've just "renovated" their elevator too.

So,Yes, I definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives, and we are returning shortly for a longer stay.

John's Pass has many interesting shops, and excursion options (sea-doo, fishing, etc...) The Boca Ciega Bay is a truly beautiful second waterway to explore. One of the best dolphin viewing spots in the area, imho, is on the bridge at John's Pass. I have been to nearby Madeira Bay Resort and Spa (Oceans West Salon & Spa) - not even a block away - for many services, (they especially have very well-trained RMTs whose services have been excellent).

Head into St. Petersburg (just over St.John'sPass into Treasure Island) for many more things to see and do, like shopping organic, at Earth Origins, nearby on Central Ave (which starts as the Treasure Island Causeway).

Going north to Indian Shores, with an entrance from the beach or from Gulf Blvd, we always enjoy a visit to the free Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary. Don't really know why they are struggling, as their facility is very easy to access, with birds available for close viewing, a great shop, and an unusually high-calibre educational component, on top of the important work they do (mostly by volunteers).

Return to the condo in the evening to watch another incredible sunset!

Great Girls Week

Condo was exactly as advertised, pictures were very helpful. Beach was wonderful , lots to see and do in walking distance. Loved the 2 queen beds in master, we were all able to have our own bed. Nice touch! Condo very well equipped ,great to have parking under building. Great job Jack!

This is beautiful condo clean nice next to many services 5min walk away from Johns Pass and the view spectacular directly on the beach. Jack the owner gives a 5 star service.
