House, 4 Bedrooms, 5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-12)

The grand entrance is accented with water features and Mediterranean grand doors. Once inside, there is a formal living & dining room, an elegant granite breakfast bar, top of the line appliances, large Refrigerator, and Dining table and other games in grand room. The master bedroom has its own Double Pillow top King Mattress, Large Jacuzzi Tub/ Granite Shower and Large walk in closet. Bedroom 1 has a King bed with Shower and Full Bath. Fireplace and small Refrigerator are close by. Bedroom 2 has a King bead with a walk in closet and large bath. Bedroom 3 has a King bed and and Walk in closet with walk in Shower/bath. There are 2 air conditioned units to cool one side or the other fast. The out door Pool area/Pavilion (500 sq foot w/ a Shade Pool party area and bbq)

Some of the spectacular finishes include interlocking travertine flooring, vaulted ceiling, super custom doors, custom exterior, custom lap pool, a Custom digital sound system inside. Pocket doors open to the outdoor expansive area around pool.

About The Owner

I am from Michigan originally. Moved to Palm Desert(CA)approx 2005. I have lived in France, Canada, Germany, Indonesia, Spain, Mexico, Costa Rica and Japan. I spend most of my time surfing during the summer months and love the Desert during the winter months. I speak several languages. I studied at Peperdine and Law School at Cal Western. I really enjoy golf and tennis year round. During the warmer winters in the desert, I enjoy designing and building homes and buildings. I love gardening, interior design, photography, music and dance. This home in Indian Wells is one of the nicest homes in the desert. I know that anyone who stays here will fall in love!

Great house!

My family and I had a awesome time at this house. Lots of room and a great pool. We ate at place called Grill-a-burger not to far from the house, and it was so delicious. We also found that down the street is the Palm Desert YMCA. It has a new Aquatic center that has water slides a high dive and a water play ground. It was only 4$ a person to get in for the whole day! My kids had a blast. This is all around a wonderful house for a faction!

My wife and I have just spent 2 months at this lovely home....We could not have had a nicer stay...The house was perrfect...Great layout...very comfortable....great neighborhood...great location.. We have been visiting the desert for more then 20yrs and we have staying in great homes...Frankly, this house was the best overall stay we have had...Everything was just wonderful...THANK YOU...ALAN & CONNIE

Week Getaway

We have just returned from the best week spent at this gorgeous home. There were 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids) total staying overnight. It was the perfect entertaining house and every one that came over said the house was awesome. The house is depicted perfectly in the photos and the yard and pool are to die for. The Pool is oversize and great for swimming. The house was immaculate when we arrived. You really will never need to or want to leave! The location was very convenient for getting around to all the desert cities. The Neighborhood was quiet and great to walk our dog. (lots of friendly neighbors) The single level house is laid out in such a way that everyone can had a great time. Val and Rick were perfect to deal with and took care of any issues immediately. I will be back for sure... Thank you...Indian Wells Resort was just around the corner. Dinner at Ruth's Chris was just around the corner. The Living Desert was close and sunday farmer's market in old town La Quinta was fun.
