Interior
The house is spread over two levels. The main entrance on the ground floor leads into the sitting room with fireplace. On the right is the dining room and the kitchen, both very light and airy thanks to the French windows facing the garden. On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower, separated by a little corridor. Under the stairs on the ground floor is a small closet. The outside and inside stairs open on to a small landing leading to three double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower. In the basement, with outside access, is a laundry room at the disposal of guests.
Park
The property is entirely enclosed and is surrounded by a vast garden with fruit trees, vines around the swimming pool, linden trees, hedges and rosemary bushes. The part of the garden surrounding the house is furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas. In front of the house is a large parking area. There is also a barbecue at the guests’ disposal.
Swimming Pool
The rectangular-shaped swimming pool, completely fenced off with a gate, is about 20 metres from the house with a flight of steps leading down to it. The pool is entered by Roman steps and measures 12 x 6 m with a depth varying from 1,20 to 1,60 m. It has a stone border and is entirely lined in sand coloured PVC. The pool area is provided with a cold water shower and the solarium area is paved in terracotta and equipped with chairs, deckchairs, sun beds and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
