The Sands of Kahana is a deluxe beachfront condominium property located on Kahana Beach, midway between the world famous Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts. Step outside on you lanai and enjoy incredible views of the the islands of Lanai and Molokai by day, and spectacular sunsets by night. The owners and managers at the Sands of Kahana have taken special care to make sure that your vacation here is as enjoyable an experience as possible for your entire family. This property has several amenities to make your stay even more amazing: There's a main pool and a new kids pool, tennis courts, Gym, Beach Volleyball, a restaurant/ bar that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a few more that are just steps away from the front door of this unit!

The current owner has been with us since 2003 but we have managed this unit since 1998. Since 2003 the owners have remodeled the kitchen with new granite counter tops, and new appliances. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The owners come out every year to keep their unit up to date, and update as needed. This unit has a lot of repeat guests.
Our office is across the street from the Sands of Kahana, where we have a full time maintenance staff if anything were to go wrong. We can assist you with all your island activities, restaurant reservations, golf t-times, etc. We manage multiple units at this property so if you have friends or family visiting we can accommodate them as well.
The location is unbeatable. We always feel safe, are surrounded by friendly people, and the rooms are great. We have been coming yearly for over ten years and have never been disappointed. Some rooms are nicer than others, but they have all been clean, comfortable, adequately stocked, with great views.
