Renovated lakehome- two hours from twin cities-

on Silver lake, Cumberland, WI.

Looks brand new. 4 BDR plus loft, 3.5 baths.

The lakehome has 200 ft of shoreline and 1.5 acres of wooded land. The setting is private, beautiful and peaceful. The rental property is ideal for a multiple families with 4 private rooms and an additional loft. 3.5 bathrooms (all of which look new)

Open feel, with vaulted ceilings and tongue and groove pine, screened porch, firepit, private dock.

Silver Lake is a premium lake, 90 ft deep in the center, known for its high visibility. It is spring fed lake, with high clarity, no millfoil. A clean lake for swimming, fishing, tubing, skiing, kayakiing, peace and serenity. 337 acres.

Cost is dependent on the number of people. $1300 for the first four people, then $125/ per person/ per week above and beyond the first four in the summer. Weekend rentals available in fall and spring for a reduced rate.

Incredible lake, incredible setting, peaceful, very clean and well maintained property. Listing description accurate. Very nice owner, always trying to please. Highly recommend this property.
