The spacious 2nd floor plan gives the feeling of a fairyland in the sky, overlooking a clear view of the mouth of Tenants Harbor and the islands and ocean beyond. The furnishings are very comfortable including lovely antiques and beautiful old wood floors as well as a complete kitchen. Just a short walk down a maintained path is a field with picnic table that looks out to the ocean and the gentle shore front rocks where it it fun to explore the tide pools. The cottage has access to a privately shared dock, just a 5 minute walk. You may swim from the dock and leave a very small boat. A deep water mooring is available to rent. Public tennis courts are about a mile from the property.
