Woodside 1107 is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beautifully restored Historic Miner's Cottage in the Old Town district of Park City. Centrally located, it is only 1 block to the bus stop to Deer Valley and the Canyons, 5 blocks to the town lift, w/ access to PCMR and 6 blocks to the bottom of Main Street. The Master Bedroom is on the second floor with a private bathroom and a balcony with mountain views. The guest room and the bunk room, with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, are on the first floor and share a bathroom. This home features a private outdoor hot tub and patio, gourmet kitchen, 2 brand new bathrooms, 2 flat screen TVs, and a washer/dryer. Because of the remodelling, 1107 Woodside won an award from Park City's Historical Society. Modern conveniences and historic charm, coupled with an ideal location makes this a favorite place for a family vacation or a group of friends.

Park City had the unique combination of proximity to a large international airport only 35 minutes away and 8 mountains within 1.5hrs, including 3 within town limits. The snow is some of the lightest and most consistent powder to be found anywhere on earth.
Its a short walk to the town lift to ski PCMR, 75 feet to a bus stop to either Deer Valley or The Canyons and maybe 5 to 10 minutes to the heart of main street for dinner and apres ski.
My family and I stayed at this wonderful home over Thanksgiving and can't wait to come back. We were so impressed. First off, the location is perfect- it's right in the heart of Old Town, just a quick walk to PC Mountain and to Main Street, as well as a free town shuttle stop if you want to go to Deer Valley or the Canyons. Secondly, the home itself is wonderful. The kitchen and baths have been newly renovated with high end features, the layout is great and who doesn't love a big hot tub to come home to apres ski. We have already made plans to come back and stay here again... the home is truly hard to beat!
