"Villa Sol y Canto" at El Pajaro de Fuego Condominiums is perfect for families or couples. Each room and terrace has a magnificent ocean view (the beach is only 1 block down). Our condo comes with complete state of the art kitchen, marble floors and other luxurious finishes, and it's been beautifully decorated for comfort. Here, you can spend the day in the infinity pool with oceanview while you are surrounded by the Riviera Nayarit tropical jungle.

The master bathroom contains his and her double sinks, marble shower walls with a jacuzzi tub. The ample dining area and living room open up onto a large terrace through tempered glass sliding doors allowing fresh air to enter and amplifying the living space. The outdoor terrace offers comfortable lounge chairs, seating, table and umbrella where you can dine 'al fresco' with views of the ocean and distant lush hillsides.

The common areas at Pajaro de Fuego include a large, uniquely designed pool with jacuzzi, patio for sunning, modern lounge chairs, a roof top garden with seating and hammocks and views of the entire Sayulita bay. There is a two-car garage and security offered by Pajaro de Fuego. Laundry room is included in the villa.

Additionally, each bedroom has it's own bathroom and sliding doors out to the patio, air conditioning and cofortable beds and linens. Conveniently situated on the desired north-end of Sayulita, Villa Sol y Canto is only a short walk to the tranquil north end beach and surf break and a short walk to the restaurants and shopping of downtown Sayulita.

We love how 'El Pajaro de Fuego' blends in with the natural settings of Sayulita, with the comfort and luxury of the condo itself.

What makes this condo unique

We particularly love two things about our condo: The ocean view from each bedroom and the large terrace. We usually keep the sliding doors open all the time, and this makes us feel very much in contact with nature, fresh air, and the relaxing ocean breeze.
