While others are fighting traffic after a Razorback basketball or football game, you will walk back to your guest quarters and relax on one of our many decks and visit with friends. Our location is really good.

Notes: We are located across the street from Razorback Stadium and the University of Arkansas. You really can't get any closer on private property. Great location for Bikes, Blues and BBQ, War Eagle Craft fairs, Graduation, all U of A sporting, academic or other events. The linens are sun-dried. Get that at a hotel!

Football weekend - Thanksgiving 2012

I am tardy in writing this review - sorry about that John. My family and I (four of us) stayed at this property Thanksgiving 2012 - we were there for the LSU-Arkansas game. I doubt that there is a better place to stay in Fayetteville if you're a true Razorbacks fan - or just a footbal fan for that matter. The activity, views and proximity cannot be beat. We stayed in the 3rd floor unit - 2bed 1 bath. My parents had one bedroom, I had the other, and my brother slept on the couch. While slightly cramped, it was comfortable and quiet. There is a large screen TV with cable, and WIFI. The kitchen was completely functional and well equipped - although it would have been nice to have more room in the refrigerator. It also would have been helpful to have room in the closets for our clothes, as we were there for 4 nights. All in all, it was a fun experience.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

This property is Great !!!

This is a great place to stay. We were in town to see Auburn play Arkansas. I would much rather stay here next time due to the fact that you are right across the street from the stadium. We could walk there in 2 minutes. After the game, as we walked out of the stadium to see a line of people waiting for the bus that was easily 200 yards long. As we looked down the street farther, all you could see was tail lights, cars stuck in traffic. My wife says to me "this is nice, our place is right there". Like I say, if you are in town for a game you can not beat the location, cleanliness and hospitality. It also cost the same as a hotel. I can not say enough great things about this property. IT IS GREAT !!
