This place is really awesome. Had an excellent time staying there. The description about this place is pretty much accurate. The place has a great view overlooking the Clearwater Bridge, and is only a couple of blocks from the beach! I highly recommend this place!
We were very happy to get the good deal on that condo.it was hard to get the price down. The lady managing the property is very nice.we got there were excited but just so u know u get what u pay for.the condo is ok,the location is priceless , we saw dolphins in the bay unfortunately there is no private balcony it is a shared. The condo is not well equipped everything is very cheap and old,one of the bedrooms has mold in the closet and the shower as well:((( no cleaning supplies the vacuum is ot even working ,basically u need everything:(the beds are old and very uncomfy;( the master bedroom has not get enough air and gets really hot, the pool is shared with the motel next door and there are some strange people coming in,but is is open late:))we originally called the owner with the ac trouble she never called us back so be careful if u need a help ASAP
My wife and I booked our much-anticipated Clearwater Beach vacation in November of 2011. After many e-mails, text messages, and phone calls we did get the owner to verify the dates and unit for March 30th thru April 9th. When we arrived on the agreed upon check-in date the owner informed us that the unit we rented was occupied and we were switched to a smalller 2-bedroom unit on the 3rd floor without prior notice, discussion, apology, or refund offered. The unit we were moved to had the most uncomfortable beds I have ever experienced. The owner of this unit was unresponsive and disorganized. Beware!
Condo was clean, and our family of 5 fit perfectly. Perfect location to do all things in Tampa/Clearwater area. The rugs could use cleaning. There are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms so if AC is not running, you will get hot. I did not receive the advertised price so you will have to negotiate with owner as I did. I found the owner to be non-responsive as I had to email, text and call before getting a response. If you can overlook this, and get a good price, the place is a good deal. Greatest places to eat: Johnny's Italian at Safety Harbor and Mr. Souvlaki in Tarpon Springs (Greek), they have the best Gyro, Pork Souvlaki and Greek Chow Mein!! Both restaurants very inexpensive.
