Beautiful home, wonderful location.
We stayed, four adults, for most of May and can't say enough good things either about the house itself, its owners or the location.
INSIDE - the villa was lovely, bright, open and loads of space for everyone. Well equipped kitchen, huge living area with a massive TV, and full sliding doors to the lania area and pool to double the size if wanted. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than comfortable.
OUTSIDE - when we first looked at the villa we were concerned about it not being south facing but were wrong. The east facing gave us beautiful sunsets to sit and watch and you could sunbath next to the pool from 10 o'clock in the mornings. In fact it was quiet nice to have breakfast on the patio without the heat of the sun on us.The canal is a very wide one so had a lovely view across it before seeing someone else's garden/villa. Having a pool that didn't need large injections of chlorine every couple of days was also a huge plus.
LOCATION - it is very convenient to all the shops and restaurants around Murdoch Centre and Punta Gorda is only a 10 minute drive. Sarasota, Bradenton, Cape Coral, Venice and other Gulf coast location are only a pleasant drive away.
OWNERS - Karen and Jeff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Nothing was a bother or too much trouble for them.
SUMMARY - we will definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants a totally relaxing, trouble free holiday!
