2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Spacious (1,383 sq. ft.) top-floor, two-level condo located in the Evergreen Lodge between the Vail Valley Medical Center and the Dobson Ice Arena and near the library. The free In-town bus route has a stop by the Library/Ice Arena. The condo is a short walk to the Gondola and Chair 8 in Lionshead.

The Evergreen Lodge has a restaurant and a sports bar. There are no-charge PC's in the lobby and wireless internet access in lobby and the condo. There is complimentary ski storage in the bell captain's room in the lobby. The Evergreen has a fitness center, heated outdoor pool, a sauna, and a large indoor hot tub with a view to the mountain.

The condo has a mountain view from the kitchen and master bed room. There is a reserved parking spot in the underground garage.

Additional Information: The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and three full baths. There is a gas fireplace, 3 flat-screen tv's, 2 DVD players, and a VCR in the living room. There is a key to a coin-operated washer and dryer located on the floor. The condo cleaning cost is included in the price. We do have a strict No Smoking and No Pets policy.

I spent 3 weeks here in early season. The condo is very comfortable and well laid out. The furnishings are equal to what you would like to have in your own home. The Evergreen Lodge is in a great location, an easy walk or one stop on the bus to Lionshead.
The hotel has a hot tub, swimming pool, exercise room and a bar-restaurant with good basic food.
While I was there, Vail celebrated its 50th anniversary and we had a good view of the fireworks.
In all, a great place to stay and a good value
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We loved staying in this condo. It is really roomy, and comfortable, The location is perfect as well - right in between Vail and Lionshead - both of which are an easy walk. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc. so very easy to make a meal.The only thing missing this week was some air conditioning - but we were having an unusually hot week in Colorado, and most of Vail doesn't have (or need) A/C in the summer. It cooled off nicely at night, though - so no big deal. We will stay here again!

We were very comfortable in this condo

We had a great time staying at this condo. The owner was very helpful answering all my questions. We arrived a little before the room was ready so we dropped off our bags and went shopping. When we got back we took the groceries up and were pleasantly surprised at how fully equipped the kitchen was. Everything we needed plus more. The two bedrooms upstairs very quiet. Our single son slept on the futon downstairs and had his own bath which was really nice. The living and eating area was very comfortable and we loved the fireplace. After skiing we used the hot tub and sauna. We rented our equipment in Lionshead so we walked and left our shoes at the ski shop. We also walked into Vail Village for dinner or just to look at the shops. We had a wonderful week and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I would highly recommend this condo. We would stay here again if we go back.
