Coastal Breeze is located on 85 Lupin Way, and the perfect choice has never been easier. The house is on a lovely cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood less than two miles away from both the National Seashore (i.e., Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach) and bay side beaches. The spacious seven room layout has four attractive, generously sized bedrooms leaving plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out in the house. On the first floor, there is a queen size bedroom, full bathroom, full sized bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely, open three season room. The second floor holds two more bedrooms with a full bath, twin beds, bunk beds and a queen bed. Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, and a gas grill.

Ride your bikes or take a short car ride over to exquisite ocean side National Seashore beaches where the water is colder but the surf is amazing! Freshwater swimming is also available at nearby Great Pond. Eastham is the “Gateway to the National Seashore,” and is perfectly located to explore the Cape from the canal to Provincetown. You get the best of both worlds with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls. Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away. Drive less than half an hour to Provincetown or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Enjoy the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the outer cape or a flea market. Enjoy the peace and privacy of this bright, cheery home to relax and take in the outer Cape's natural and overwhelming beauty.

Our family gets together on Cape Cod every September. This was the first time we rented this house. It was an excellent fit for us. This house is large enough to sleep everyone, exceptionally clean, and very homey. Owner Julie was very helpful and answered all our questions prior to our trip (which was 10+ hours drive). The weather didn't agree with us and it was nice to have cable and internet available at the house. This was a great weekend and I hope we that we may rent this property in the summer as well and stay longer than just 3 nights. Thank you so much Julie!

The house and locale were great! This was truly the nicest and most relaxing vacation we have had! Once again, I can’t thank you enough. The house and its appointments were perfect. Next year, I am being forced to take the family to Disney (groan!), but I am sure we will be back!
