New Jersey is safe and convenient. Stay at this beautiful 600sqft refurbished condo in historic Downtown Jersey City - just minutes away from Midtown and Downtown Manhattan.

The unit has 2 queen sized beds and 1 sofa bed. TV and internet is included.

It's a safe neighborhood - only 5 blocks from the Hudson River in the best part of town.

Regarding parking: You can also take my lease and get a residential parking permit from the city and street park in front of the building for $15 a year. (plenty of spaces - highly recommended)
