Three floors await the arrival of you and your family. We are located on a quiet side street, one of York's best kept secrets. Park in one of the two provided spaces and get ready to enjoy all the amenities of the seacoast area. A short walk away lies Short Sands Beach. Bring your beach chairs and find your spot on the beach. We are moments away from restaurants, quaint shops, the playground, FunO-Rama or the zoo. Sit on the front deck(s) after a beautiful day at the beach and enjoy the peaceful surroundings or perhaps a cocktail on the porch. Enjoy a cookout in the back yard. This condo is fully stocked with cookware, flatware, etc. Churches are on the very next street. There is also a washer and dryer on the premises. Sorry- No SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

8 People MAXIMUM. At least ONE person MUST be 25 or older. This rental is for families as this is NOT a party area. False representation is cause for immediate eviction with no recourse.

Check-in Time is 1:00 PM on the begining day of your rental.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM on your departure day.

Notes

Once your deposit is received a lease will be sent to you. We require one half of your payment with the signed lease, (for summer rentals) and the remainder two weeks prior to your arrival.
A $150, fully refundable, security/cleaning deposit is also required. This is, normally, returned within a week assuming you leave the unit as you found it. If necessary a $150 cleaning fee will be levied if property is not left as you found it on your arrival.
