If you enjoy gazing at the sunset over the ocean from your own private lanai, you’ll love this comfortable & spacious unit that will not break your wallet.

Located at the Maui Kamaole at the South end of Kihei, directly across from the popular Kamaole Beach III, this lush, quiet escape is one of Maui’s most popular economical properties. Enjoy the convenience of nearby golf, shopping and dining. Maui Kamaole has acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with two pools, a tennis court, BBQ areas where you can watch a beautiful Maui sunset or watch for whales (seasonal).

Our unit features a very spacious and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the family room. The master bedroom is located upstairs with sliding doors that open to the family room below. The second bedroom is conveniently set up with two twin beds.

Our unit is located less than a minute walk to the gorgeous tropical swimming pool, steps from the barbecue and a short walk to the tennis courts.

If you can take your eyes off the amazing ocean view and sunset long enough, the living room also features a large flat-screen TV. Step out onto your private lanai to enjoy a sunset cocktail or walk just a few short steps to the pool and all the amenities of this beautiful property or take a stroll to the beach located just 300 yards away.

Glenn and Irene fell in love with Maui years ago. They stayed in this area every year for the past 15 years and finally took the plunge in 2011 and made their dream come true with the purchase units at both the Hale Kamaole and the Maui Kamaole.

Aloha! We've been lucky to travel to Maui many times, and we enjoyed our stay in this property. It's located close to the upper pool, with a great view of the ocean and beautiful gardens from the front lanai, and nice views off the back lanais. No need to run down to the beach to catch the sunset, as you can watch it from the lanai. It's a short walk to great beaches and restaurants in Kihei, and a short drive to Wailea restaurants and shopping. The condo is outfitted with everything you need - including a blender for morning smoothies, and comfy beach chairs. The condo was spotless when we arrived - even the fridge sparkled! Glenn and Irene were lovely to deal with. We'd certainly recommend this condo to friends and family.

FABULOUS time during spring break week!!

Initially we weren't sure what to expect but once we arrived it was FABULOUS! The condo is located in the south end of Kihei (near Wailea) and away from the touristy side of the island. The unit had everything we needed and accommodated five (two adults and three children) very comfortably. We really loved that it had its own reserved parking spot (RIGHT OUTSIDE). The grounds and pools were VERY nice and peaceful. You REALLY can't go wrong staying here......you can't beat the price! It also helps that the owners are really nice and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Nice upstairs unit in a newer complex. Loved being a short walk from the tropical pool; BBQs nearby in parking area and at pool. A little further from the ocean than we'd thought (can see it from the lanai as in the photo) but still less than 10 minutes walking to Kam III & Kihei boat ramp. Owners are friendly and communicative; kid-friendly!

Great stay around Presidents weekend

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this large fully equipped condo. From the reserved parking spot right in front, to the beach gear, everything was great! Big master bedroom and bath. Fully equipped and functional kitchen. Living room leading to a nice lanai for breakfast. Barbecued a couple of times on the very close Weber gas grill. Condo is very convenient to Wailea/Makena and all of Kihei. Plenty of close beaches. Kam 3 is short walk. Kihei boat ramp across the street for whale watch/snorkeling trips. Brandi is great to work with. Mahalo
