CHIC & AFFORDABLE** 3 MILES TO TRAIN TO DC & 10 MILES DRIVE TO DC**BOOK ONLINE

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint condo/town home. We are a family of 5 and for less than what we would have paid for a hotel room downtown, which for us would require a roll-away or air mattress, we stayed in this roomy condo. Everybody had a bed and we were able to prepare some of our own meals and do a little laundry too.

The metro station is very convenient to this location and I would definitely recommend taking the train rather than driving a car into DC. The train was not cheap (about $100/day for unlimited day pass for 5) but at least there was no worry about parking, which wasn't cheap either, but cheaper than the train...

Anyway, would definitely stay here again. The primary reason for our stay was a DC wedding and Wemmy was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early so we could freshen up and get to the rehearsal on time. Thanks again Wemmy; we had a terrific time.

Very nice apartment. Lots of room, very comfortable. Wemmy was very helpful with information regarding the area. A little bit of a trip to D.C. by the Metro, but still easier than driving in to the city. There is little if any public parking downtown. The only place to park is on the road-which is difficult to get. Plenty of restaurants in the area- use your G.P.S. to find them. Most of the attractions are free-which is an awesome bonus! See the new Air & Space Museum in VA. It has the shuttle Discovery on display.

Overall-you can't beat this. Everything is available to you to make your trip convenient and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This place was really quite nice. We felt quite comfortable and at home in the condo while we were there. Having a kitchen and laundry proved invaluable and saved us a ton of money on our trip - not to mention saving so much on the condo vs. what we would have paid at a hotel.

The condo was very easy to find (even with a rental GPS that kept getting us lost everywhere else we went!), was clean and had a lot of closet space. It seemed much bigger than the actual square footage advertised - probably because it was laid out so well. The greenbelt metro station was close and convenient...it made the transportation to DC extremely easy.

Out of all the wonderful things, the best part of renting the condo was working with Wemmy. She was kind, accommodating, patient with all our questions, and was very helpful.

This was my first experience with HomeAway, and my first experience renting a condo not in a hotel for a vacation. I would not hesitate to do it all again, and if I'm ever in DC again, I will most certailny rent this condo again!
