Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-7)

Frisco Bay Townhomes are located off highway 9 just minutes from I-70 -- yet within walking distance of Main St. where you will find lots of great shopping and dining options.

The multi-level floor plan provides the freedom to spread out between the rooms on each floor and the open main floor provides a great space to hang out and socialize between the kitchen, living room and deck. The deck is also a great place to relax with friends and family while enjoying views of the mountains. Even in the winter, it's a great spot when the sun is shining.

There are virtually endless activities available to our guests in the surrounding areas. Most notable are the Frisco Marina which offers boat and kayak rentals, and the Frisco Nordic Center which offers a tubing hill, cross-country ski trails and a free sledding hill. Both are within 1/2 mile from our unit. And, we're located within 10 miles of Copper, Breckenridge and Keystone (with A-Basin just up the road) and under 30 miles from Vail. If you want to avoid the lines at the resorts, there are several local shops nearby which offer bike rentals in the summer and in the winter, skis/boards and even lift passes so you're all set to go once you get to the resort!

About The Owner

Our family has been vacationing in Summit County since 2006. We love to spend time as a family in the outdoors skiing, boarding, riding bikes and hiking.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2009
Why The Owner chose Frisco

We looked all over Summit County and decided that Frisco was the place for us. It offers central access to all the action in the area, yet maintains the small town feel with very friendly locals and close proximity to groceries and supplies. This allows us to stock up on our normal supplies and settle into a relaxed but familiar routine while we're up in the mountains.

What makes this townhome unique

We enjoy grilling out on the deck and hanging out enjoying the great views of Buffalo mountain off in the distance.

Very Comfortable and Convenient

The condo we rented in Frisco was perfect for ski vacation. It was comfortable, easy to find, and well equipped. We skied Breckeridge and Keystone, both were only 20 minutes away, and only 5 minutes from Main street Frisco. We would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and the kitchen is well stocked. It was comfortable for three couples and the layout gives everyone their own privacy. The location is perfect for days on the slopes and nights in friendly Frisco.

Good location and well furnished

It was in a good location to the bike path and Lake Dillon. It was also an easy walk over to the Main St. area of town.

We stayed in and cooked most of our meals and found the condo to have a lot of the little things, like spices and good cookware. It was these little things that made this condo a nice place to stay at.

We have stayed at other places in this area and would recommend this one.
