our late summer ocean vacation
My family and I recently stayed for a week at this beautiful home, and we had a blast! The home is situated on a river where it empties into the ocean. We spent mornings enjoying the gorgeous view through the many oversized windows that capture a panoramic view of the ocean and river stream. By day two, we had settled into a routine of watching for the tide to come in and fill the river, then taking the kayak down to the rivers edge and following the sea otters up stream to watch them catch and eat fish. After lunch, the tide was down, and we would spend the afternoon and early evenings on the beach playing. We could not have asked for better weather, or a more beautiful home!
