Full appliances, granite counter tops, table and 4 chairs and a breakfast bar with 2 stools in the kitchen area. The bathroom has a walk in slate rain shower. A washer and dryer is also in the unit. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a new sofa bed. There are 2 flat screen TV's and 2 DVD players in the condo. The condo is also furnished with all cooking pots, pans, utensils, glassware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. All of the rooms have individual air conditioners with timers for your comfort when needed. The unit is also conveniently located near the parking area, both pools and the Pavilion.

Other Amenities: Convenient location (2 blocks) to Historic Downtown Lahaina and 2 beaches. Wifi is free at the lobby, both pool areas and in the condo.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo: The property uses Solar for heating the hot water and for all common area lighting and appurtenances. The condo also has 2 pools, a Spa, Pavilion with a a big screen TV, bathrooms and a dining/cooking area with 4 gas BBQ's. It is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, movie theaters, the marina, ferry, bars and activities rentals.

I am a professional land surveyor in California, Nevada and Washington and my wife works for a Credit Union. We love Maui and all it has to offer, such as snorkeling, hiking, sight seeing, whale watching, and relaxing on the beach until sunset each night.

Howard Brunner purchased this condo in 2006

We chose the Aina Nalu because it has been completely renovated and is in the heart of historic downtown Lahaina, within two blocks of most of the shopping, dining and drinking establishments on Maui. When we come home at night, we don't need to jump back in the car and travel to a place to eat or drink. We walk everywhere and love it.

We are on the ground floor of a two story building at the corner of the parking lot with direct access from parking to the condo. Once you come home from a day of activities, there is no need to get back in a car and go to dinner or shopping since you are only two blocks from Front Street in Lahaina.

A month in paradise

ALOHA! We were fortunate to spend the month of February in Lahaina at Aina Nalu and this condo was amazing! We were very pleased that it was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. It was exceptionally clean and well cared for. All of the amenities that we needed were there and we were totally "at home".

Amanda met us, showed us all around the complex and gave us all the information we needed, plus some tips on where to go to find fruit/vegetable stands, and good restaurants. She was available to us if we needed anything...Mahalo Amanda!

The location of the condo is just one block from Front St. so it was easy access to the ocean, wharf, shopping, wonderful restaurants (our favorite lunch spot was Cool Cats....great burgers.

We chose to rent a car, so we were able to check out many areas on the island at our own pace. One of our favorite outings was zip lining!!

We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a peaceful surrounding and yet only one block to all the action.
We would return to this condo in a heart beat, and have told all our family and friends that if they can go to Lahaina, this is where they should stay.

I had a great time and was pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered at this location. I booked fairly late and all of the nearby hotels were way out of my budget and a friend had recommended that I check out this website. The amenities offered here were much nicer than what was offered at the other locations and they costed alot more. At this site they have nice counter tops, flat screen tv, ac in every room, walk in shower (no bathtub though), dishwasher and clothing washing machine. They provide washing liquid for the dishwasher but not for the clothes washing machine. They give you bar soap but do not include shampoo or conditioner so if you plan on using those facilities you'll have to bring your own or buy it at the store. There's a nearby shopping market that's like a 10-15 minute walk away, so you can purchase most of the things that you need. Be aware that the most of the prices are higher than the norm since it's a tourist area.

The site has a beach nearby called Lahaina shores along Front street that's like a 20-25 minute walk, it's a very calm beach with almost no waves but as a result the bottom of the beach is a bit rocky if you get further into the water. A nice beach to relax on and it's a decent spot if you want to try snorkeling for first timers, the water is very calm and doesn't push you around like other beaches. But more seasoned snorkelers and beach goers probably won't find it all that great since it's very shallow and there isn't all that much to see. They're probably better suited for a larger more active beach like Kaanapali or Wailea which have more active waves and are more representative of the beaches people expect to see in Hawaii.

The only knocks I really had about the place were that in room wifi and on site parking is not free, you have to pay extra and for in room wifi you have to pay a free for it, there's free wifi if goto the lobby or the pool area. Not a huge deal for me if you're with a big group you may want to pay for it just out of convenience. There is parking on the street if you drive around and there's a parking lot nearby that's cheaper than what they charge onsite if you can't find street parking.

Great condo in the center of Lahaina

Wonderful place to stay for two senior citizens. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Lahaina. The condo is well maintained and lived up to the description and our expectations. We loved the large slate showers, nice sitting area and good sized kitchen.
The grounds are very well cared for with two pools and a shaded area to retreat to if you wanted a break out of the sun. Howard the owner was great with prompt replies to my e-mails and phone calls.
. Amanda met us on arrival and was very efficient with answers to our questions. Would definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.

Wonderful Accommodation

We arrived December 28th and stayed through to mid January. This beautiful place is a jem in the heart of Lahaina. The condo was everything we anticipated and more. It was very clean and has all the amenities you need. The resort is quiet and very relaxing. The location is perfect for those that like to wonder through town, walk to restaraunts or the beach. Upon our arrival we were met by Mike the condo manager. He was very pleasant and helpful in making sure we knew where to find everything. We found the owner to be very easy to deal with and was quick to respond to any question we had about the unit. This was our second stay on Maui, our first at the Aina Nalu...but will not be our last for sure. Thank you Howard and Mike, our vacation was perfect.
