Completely renovated in 2023, the expansive ocean views from our unit are by far the best in the Kihei Holiday complex and a show stopper feature. Our building in situated adjacent to the beach and ocean. The vaulted ceilings in every room and open floor plan make the unit feel extra spacious, bright and airy. There's no other unit in the Kihei Holiday complex like ours! During Whale Season, you'll enjoy regular views of the whales splashing and spouting from the kitchen window and ocean view balcony!

There is an AC unit in the living room and both bedrooms along with ceiling fans. The AC units in each bedroom are whisper quiet and blow cold. You'll rest peacefully in the comfortable beds with no road noise when the windows are closed and AC is in use.

Fully stocked kitchen: Everything you need to cook your meals in the convenience of the condo! If you love cooking, you will love this kitchen with a view!

Each bedroom has a queen size bed, a quiet window AC unit as well as a ceiling fan, and a large closet. The master bedroom includes a TV with streaming services.

The bathroom has a walk in shower with a waterfall shower head falling from the 10 foot ceiling.

There is a vanity sink in the hallway alongside an en suite washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy breathtaking, expansive ocean views from the lanai where you can enjoy meals or an afternoon cocktail. Relax in the reclining chair with a good book and stunning ocean views. Beach chairs, an umbrella, pool noodles are all included in the storage box on the lanai.

North Kihei is much more quiet than touristy South Kihei, yet conveniently located to roads that connect you to all other parts of the island. Shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and world renowned beaches are all just a short 5-15 minute drive away.

The beach across the street is the longest stretch of walkable beach in all of Kihei, eventually leading to the golden sands of Sugar Beach. It's wonderful for morning walks or evening sunsets. Very calm in the day for kids to enjoy playing in the shallow waters. Wonderful for evening star gazing, and you'll likely catch a glimpse of some whale spouts or breaches during whale season!

The complex pool is just across from our unit and includes lounge chairs and tables, a large hot tub, Weber BBQ grills and covered picnic tables.

Kihei Holiday is a small boutique resort like complex that is very well maintained and has a friendly, welcoming feel to all guests and residents. Feel free to walk around the property as there are numerous fruit trees and fragrant tropical flowers to enjoy.

This unit is best suited for couples or adults traveling together. There is only one short flight of stairs. Our unit is on the top floor of this two story building, which affords us our sweeping ocean views.
