PENTHOUSE MODERN CONDO WITH SANDY BEACH JUST FEW FEET AWAY!

I have been so caught up with life that I forgot to write a review.

My family went to the condo in July and had an awesome time. There was plenty of room for my family and everything was set up nice. It has a fully functional kitchen, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and the terrace is to die for. The terrace has a barbeque, a counter with working sink, and another half bath so you dont have to go downstairs to go to the bathroom :) We spent every night on the terrace enjoying the tropical nights.

The beach is literally one block away so you dont have to worry about parking or a secure place for your car. Plus there is a great bar/restaurant right on the beach. Ask them for the kids fruit punch with rum in it. Trust me, you'll like it!

Great place for either families wanting to get away or for singles who throw a great party. I cant wait to go back again!

Our stay at Rincon Condo was perfect. Very spacious, great location for local restaurants, bar and a great bakery up the hill. Staying at this condo made you feel like home and had all the amenities. The rooftop patio had to be the best for a BBQ, family gathering and just for relaxing. The pool at the time we went was especially private for Us ONLY. This is also a great beach for surfers...
Overall: Highly recommend and the owners provided great customer service.

On my first vacation to Puerto Rico I had the most fortunate opportunity to stay at the Rincon Condo, Rincon, Puerto Rico. It is a beautifully constructed condo that is situated in the middle of everything a vacationer would want and need. In fact, I’ll venture to say that – because of its proximity to Sandy Beach, local bars with live music, restaurants, and family activities (just to name a few) – a couple, group, or family can comfortably stay their whole vacation time there without any need to venture out for adventure.

With its private pool, three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, TV and internet accommodations, breathtaking terrace most suitable for barbeques or simple gatherings with friends and/or family, more than sufficient bathrooms, and abundant space, anyone will be sure to fully enjoy a fantastic stay at a very reasonable price!

As a whole, I found the proprietor’s description of the Rincon Condo to be very accurate and the property very well maintained. Needless to say, I have already recommended the Rincon Condo to family members, friends and colleagues as I too will surely book another stay this summer.
